I love doing “Just Because” sessions for individuals and couples. Especially couples! There’s a certain kind of lived-in love that a married couple emits and it puts everyone at ease. Engagement sessions are full of excitement and behind it all, there’s the prize in mind: marriage. Even though I didn’t have the opportunity to photograph Mindy and DJ’s wedding (I wasn’t in business back then), I’m so glad I was able to capture the warm, comfortable love that they share as a married couple. This session was also a special one to me because it took place at my parent’s new place. You won’t know it from the pictures but my dad was on his tractor in the background in several of these lol!
