In home newborn sessions can be stressful for the photographer. I walk into most home never having been there before and having zero ideas of the lighting situations I would be working with. Thankfully, most homes are painted in neutral colors these days but I’ve been in the same long enough to remember when that wasn’t always the case. I digress.

Rachel & Eric’s house was exactly what I always hope a client’s home will be! Off white walls, minimal wall decor, just enough window light to full expose my clients – I was a happy photographer from the moment I entered Baby Fin’s nursery! And then Fin himself was nothing less than perfection for his portraits and I therefore left a happy photographer 🥰
