a winter maternity session in paducah, kentucky

Very rarely do emails get lost anymore. Most often, on my end, the issue is either my email server decides something is “spam” and the email goes straight to my junk folder, or somehow the email gets deleted. The former happens every once in a while, the latter happens almost never. We still don’t know what happened to the first email Stephanie sent me regarding being their maternity and newborn photographer, but I’m so so glad she reached out to me a second time, after not hearing back from her first attempt!

After weeks of emailing, I finally met up with Stephanie & Sawyer for their maternity session…. The calendar said it was winter, and while it LOOKED like winter outside – well, a Kentucky winter – it definitely felt like spring! And we were all thankful! We were able to take our time, comfortably, in one of my favorite fields off the side of a busy road in Paducah and hit the timing perfectly for that nice glow in the background!

Are you expecting and ready to book your maternity session? I am currently booking sessions as far out as November 2017. Maternity sessions are best scheduled between 32-36 weeks of pregnancy.
