A Winter Natural Light Studio and Outdoor Maternity Session in Paducah Kentucky

Shooting in my new studio makes me happier than I ever could have imagined. And then my husband Neil goes and builds me a light wall! A faux wall with “windows” that I use instead of my true windows in the front of my studio on cloudy days and to add privacy for boudoir clients. It was a cloudy and cold day when Maggie & Sam joined me at my new studio for the first part of their maternity portraits and the new light wall came in handy!

They’re now weeks from Baby Graham’s arrival and we’re already planning for a sentimental newborn session, weather permitting. Much like their maternity session was sentimental in that it took place during the cold – just like their engagement session! I love those simple touches!
