Megan and I met in middle school when her family moved to Paducah and then they joined my family’s church. We became very close… I’ve been on trips with her family and she with mine! We’ve since grown apart due to going to separate schools, etc, but have stayed friends. Fast forward a few years when Andrew moved to town and joined our church. Meant to be, right?!? My mom actually introduced them because she just knew they’d be perfect together. And what do you know, they are! I was more than thrilled when she told me my mom that she knew exactly who she wanted to photograph their October 2014 wedding 😉

I met the two love birds in Downtown Paducah to start their session off. The weather was absolutely perfect that day, as was the light! And man, was Andrew and Megan working it! They had a special request for a third outfit… Megan’s dad is a veteran and Andrew is currently serving! I’m so glad we had time for it (we usually do two outfits) because I’m thinking those last few pictures are my favorite!
