My second milk bath maternity session ever, and it really stretched my brain muscles! Not creatively, mind you, because Cambria was a rockstar to work with – such a gorgeous momma! But technically with lighting and my camera. Let me explain…

The evening before Cambria’s shoot, scheduled to be in my natural light studio with the bathtub directly under my big beautiful window that creates gorgeous soft light, the weather was forecasted to be just awful the whole next day. Thunderstorms and dark black clouds abundant. Yeah, that won’t work! So I moved the session to my mom’s bathroom because she is the only person I know with a lovely bathtub in which we could shoot. The lighting in her bathroom wasn’t ideal in any way but I felt like we could make it work.

And we did! Cambria rolled with the punches, I flexed my technical muscles, and out came her milk bath maternity images!Thanks so much to Cambria for allowing me to blog what you see here today!
