A Princeton Kentucky Wedding

The sweetest, most God-centered people you will ever meet – that’s whose wedding I photographed this past Saturday and it was more than an honor to be even the smallest part of their relationship. Devan is in Pursuit Paducah with me, which is how I met her, and I loved her right from the start! Soon after she joined in January, she and Blake got engaged and began planning their wedding for July. I was incredibly thrilled for them and couldn’t not practically BEG to be their photographer.

We first did a Save the Date session, where I met Blake and instantly loved him as well. Then came their engagement session where I was able to spend more time with them and truly fall in love with them as a couple. It’s amazing to me how some things, like bringing together these two amazing people, God never leaves to chance.

A few favorite things about Devan & Blake’s wedding day… our lovely Pursuit Paducah friend, Brooke, did the girls’ makeup, the abundant natural light and overall look of Devan’s “getting ready” room, Blake’s reaction and Devan’s giddiness during their first look, and last but not least, their obvious adoration for each other!
