A few months after I started my photography business, I received for this gorgeous thing for Christmas.
I’d only been shooting for 3 months and had yet to shoot my first wedding so I had no idea what to look for other than what I thought I would need. After more than a year of carrying my Kelly Moore bag on my shoulder during every session, every wedding, I finally came to the realization that it wasn’t working out.
I didn’t want to trade my KM bag in for anything…just look at it! It’s everything I thought I needed and more, but I knew that I couldn’t shoot another 8+ hour wedding with my shoulder KILLING me after only 2 hours. Now, I’m not dogging on this bag because I have no other complaints besides the fact that it hurts to wear it for long but it’s more likely my shoulder and not the bag….does that make sense?
I had heard about and seen this bag before and I knew it had RAVE reviews from anyone who carried it. After looking at a few other bags that I’d had my eye on, I decided, to heck with it all, and bought it.
I’m excited to test it out this weekend when Neil and I travel up to Lexington for my first out-of-Western-Kentucky wedding. I’ll be bringing my lovely KM bag along for the ride because I simply can’t fit everything I need for the whole day in one bag but my new Shootsac will be by my side during the busy times. Pun totally intended.
i hear great things about the shootsac and kelly moore bags, but i could never justify that price. my bag isn’t trendy or the easiest to use always.. but it works! maybe someday i’ll be able to splurge!
where’s the pun??
