A Wedding Book Featured Classic Black Tie Paducah Wedding

You may recognize this wedding, or this bride… That’s because she was on the cover of The 2019 Wedding Book! Scroll down a little ways and you’ll see the very image that was the cover of our local wedding magazine. I was beyond honored when I was approached to have my work be on the cover, and even more excited when I learned WHO would grace the cover! I simply love Hillary & Jim so so much – their family and their wedding is quintessential Paducah!

The girls got ready at Hillary’s parents home, which had a gorgeous side yard garden area where her gorgeous bridal portraits took place. I could not have planned for a more picturesque location and we didn’t even have to drive to it! The ceremony took place at First Baptist Church of Paducah and their reception was at Carson Center, which was decoratedfloor to ceiling in white, gold, and greenery by Flower + Furbish. Giant wreaths hung from the lobby ceiling and their five tier wedding cake was the center of it all. The ladies were dressed in full length black bridesmaids gown and the men were decked out in black tie attire. The wedding band had the whole room partying and the balloon send off was magical. If I had to pick just one wedding to call my Ideal Wedding, this would be it (although there are many)!
