I spent the past few days at my parents’ house, helping my mom take care of Christmas stuff. We decorated the tree, went shopping for presents, and baked cupcakes for my niece’s school Christmas party. I also had a nice lunch date with Emmy and dinner with Neil’s family Friday. Today I’m in Madisonville, hanging out with my bestie Megan. We’re heading to Evansville to our favorite restaurant, Acropolis, and then to a wedding that Neil’s in. I’m so glad this weekend worked out because I’ve missed my Megan. A lot.
