An Owensboro Kentucky Spring Wedding
While working with Sarah to iron out the details of her and Andy’s wedding day timeline, I stumbled upon the information that one of my lovely friends and preferred videographers, Stevie Stout, was filming their special day. Since Stevie is located in Murray, it made sense that we ride to Owensboro together! The three of us arrived at the church together, left the reception together, and shadowed each other all day long, I’m fairly positive the wedding party and all the guests thought we were some kind of female camera gang of awesomeness. At least, I hope they did!
We arrived at First Presbyterian Church in Owensboro in time for lunch and hair and makeup with Sarah and her girls. Never have I ever worked with such a helpful bunch! They assisted Sarah in all the best ways PLUS constantly checking with us to make sure we had everything we needed, and more! I don’t think anyone expected it to be as warm as it ended up being last Saturday but we were just happy it wasn’t raining during portraits. Not one of the men, dressed in thick handsome suits, complained of being hot. I can’t tell you how much smoother my day goes when I work with a cooperative wedding party. And oh the family members! They were ready and waiting on us when it came time for family portraits – right in tune with the timeline – and were completely content to hang outside for portraits. If you know me, you know I like outside portraits whenever I can get them!
Beautiful job!
Love the pics under the tree – so soft and delicate!
