An Fall Ashland Henry Clay Lexington Kentucky Engagement Session

Olivia & John, unbeknownst to them, actually went to high school together to due being in the first graduating class of the very large county school in Paducah. It wasn’t until Olivia’s best friend from high school convinced her to hang out with a few of her other high school friends during the summer before their senior year in college – her at UK and him at Murray. But four years after they should have met each other, that one night in Paducah, brought them together!

Olivia envisioned fall engagement portraits with the yellow trees at Ashland The Henry Clay Estate and after looking up the location on the internet I emailed her and said we HAD to shoot there! And so, Tuesday morning I drove up to Lexington and while it was a little chilly, the sun was coming and going and we had a blast! I cannot wait for their wedding in less than 2 months!
